Finding my Pieces

2 lemons
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/4 tsp salt

Double crust

Brown sugar

Thinly slice the lemons and place in bowl with sugar and allow to soak over night.
Add eggs to Lemmon sugar and mix well. Rollout bottom crust. Fill crust with pie mixture.roll out top crust and seal edges. Sprinkle 1/2 cm of brown sugar on top. Bake at 350 F for 40 min caramelized the auger under the broiler on the upper racks. Watch it does not burn. Will take only a few minutes.
